If you’ve forgotten your XPro password, follow these simple steps to reset it:
Click on “Forgot Password”
Enter your registered email address
Verify Captcha
Click “Submit Password reset Link”
You will receive an email from XPro with a reset link
Click the link, enter your new password, and click “Reset Password”
Congratulations! Your password has been successfully changed.
XPro - To update your registered email address in XPro, you’ll need to send us an email to support@xpro.global

Hominifi - To update your registered email address, you’ll need to contact the Homnifi Support Center since they handle KYC verification.

Updating your Date of Birth is easy through your XPro Back Office:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update personal details.
Edit Your DOB: Input your correct Date of Birth.
Save Changes: Click “Save Personal Information” to finalize the update.
You can update your Display Name to personalize how it appears on referral links:
Click on Your Name in the top-right corner.
Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update Contact details.
Select “Contact Information” Under this section, click on “Basic Information”
Add Your Name: Enter the name you’d like to appear on referral links.
Enable Name: Toggle the “Show” button to ON.
Save Changes: Click “Save” to finalize your updates.
