New Autoship Structure: What's Changing:

  • Monthly repurchase due on the 1st of every month

  • Grace period until the 5th (11:59 PM UTC)

  • System checks wallet and processes if balance is sufficient

  • Auto-payment can be toggled in Back Office > Profile

  • If OFF, payment must be made manually

Existing Members: Transition Guidelines & Discounts

  • May 1st–5th: Pay as usual – $129

  • May 6th–14th: Enjoy 50% off – Pay only $64.50

  • May 15th–24th: Save even more with 75% off – Just $32.25

  • May 25th–31st: No payment required now — your next autoship will be due June 1st–5th
