Pick Up your Machine

Computer Devices Pickup Instructions:

If you wish to pick up your computer device or someone else’s, follow these steps:

  • Open a Ticket: Visit Horystech Support https://support.horystech.com/support/home.

  • Provide Details: Share your order details, phone number, billing address, and preferred pickup date.

  • Confirmation: Wait for the team to confirm the pickup is ready on your suggested date.

  • Pay Pickup Fees: Pay the fee on Horysmall online. ● Location: Details will be shared once confirmed.

If Picking Up on Behalf of Someone Else:

  • The owner of the order must open a support ticket on Horystech https://support.horystech.com/support/home.

  • Provide: o A passport copy of the person picking up the machine. o A written authorization letter with the following: "I, [Your Name], authorize [Representative’s Name], with Passport number [XXXX], to pick up my order number [XXX]. From the moment the device is delivered to [Representative’s Name], the Company is exempt from any liability." o Include your passport copy on white paper, next to the text. o Sign and date the letter.
