Provide: o A passport copy of the person picking up the machine. o A written authorization letter with the following: "I, [Your Name], authorize [Representative’s Name], with Passport number [XXXX], to pick up my order number [XXX]. From the moment the device is delivered to [Representative’s Name], the Company is exempt from any liability." o Include your passport copy on white paper, next to the text. o Sign and date the letter.
