🔄 How XPass Works
📅 Monthly Billing: XPass is billed every 5th of each month (11:59 PM UTC) 1st–5th of Each Month: Users have the opportunity to complete their XPASS payment manually via the Back Office. 5th of Each Month: The system will initiate an automatic payment attempt if the manual payment has not been received by this date.
✅ Full Access: Once you subscribe, you get all features included in your selected package.
🔁 Renew to Continue: Renew each month to keep your access active.
⏸ Paused if Not Renewed: If you skip renewal, access is paused — but you can rejoin anytime.

📅Payment $ Grace Period
XPass renews on the 5th of each month.
Grace Period: You have until 11:59 PM on the 5th.
If unpaid by the 6th, all access is paused.
✅ Tips for Hassle-Free Renewal
a) Turn on Autoship:
The system will automatically check your wallet and process the renewal if your balance is sufficient.
Login to your back office → Profile (top-right) → Enable “Automatic Renewal (Membership)”
b) Maintain Sufficient USX Balance:
Example: $60 (Base fee) + 0.90% fee ($0.54%) + 5% VAT ($3.02) Total = $63.56
If depositing funds, add a 0.5% deposit charge, making it approximately $64
Tip: Always keep a slightly higher balance to avoid delays.
💰 Performance Rewards Program
✳️ How It Works:
If your XPass is not renewed by the 5th, your bonuses are view-only (not withdrawable).
If not renewed by month-end, all unclaimed bonuses are forfeited and reset to $0.
If you renew anytime within the same month, you are eligible to withdraw your bonuses.
🧩 Qualify for Performance Rewards Program Without Renewal?
Yes — you can still qualify for the Performance Rewards Program, but with conditions.
✅ Conditions:
You don’t get the package benefits, but you are eligible for the Performance Rewards Program if your direct team renews.
Your eligibility depends on your rank.
💡 Example:
You’re ranked Gold Pro → You need:
2 active directs on the left
2 active directs on the right
All 4 must have paid their XPass (XPass fees may vary based on your country or package tier).

🏆 Qualify for Performance Rewards Program Without Purchasing a Package?
Yes, it is possible — upon fulfilling the required terms.
You can qualify for the Performance Rewards Program even without purchasing a product package, if:
✅ You hold a valid IMA License, and
✅ You pay your monthly XPass fee ($60)
📌 Note: This qualification is based on your individual subscription status only. It does not require team activity or package purchase. You remain eligible as long as your IMA license is active and XPass is paid.
