What is the difference between a User and an IMA Account?

USER Account: AKA Customer Account

A "USER" account is for individuals who wish to use the XPro platform to access its products and services. Users can purchase items, enjoy the benefits offered by the platform, and use the tools provided. However, they cannot build a downline network or earn rewards through referrals. Their primary focus is on utilizing the platform for personal purchases and services.

Independent Marketing Associate (IMA) Account: AKA Distributor Account

An IMA account, on the other hand, allows individuals to build their own network and downline. IMAs can refer new users or other IMAs to the platform and earn commissions and bonuses through XPro’s compensation plan. IMAs have access to both the products and services provided by XPro and the ability to generate income through their referral network.

How to Register?

Please note that to complete your registration, you will need a sponsor. They can provide you with their referral link, which you can use to complete the registration process.

When using the referral link from your upline or sponsor, you can choose to register either as a "Distributor" or a "Customer." Both options are available when you receive the referral link, and you’ll need to select one to complete your registration.

Are there any Registration Charges for XPro?

Registration is Free. Charges apply if you wish to earn rewards & benefits and expand your network. - Account type XPro " IMA License" - $60

How to Log in to XPro Back Office?

To log in to the XPro Back Office, please be guided by the steps below:

Why can't I log in? (Unauthorized credentials)

We suggest trying the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Please ensure that you are entering the correct credentials.

  • Please make sure that you are using your registered email address.

  • Please verify the security settings of your browser, as the website may be blocked.

  • Refresh and clear the cache and cookies in your browser.

  • Use a different browser

  • Please ensure that your VPN is disabled, as it may be interfering with your access.

How to reset my XPro password?

To reset your XPro password, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on “Forgot Password.”

  • Enter your registered email address

  • Click “Submit Password reset Link.”

  • You will receive an email from XPro with a reset link

  • Click the link, enter your new password, and click “Reset Password”

Congratulations! Your password has been successfully changed.

How to Change My Email Address?

XPro - To update your registered email address in XPro, you’ll need to send us an email to support@xpro.global

  • Submit your request, providing the necessary details for verification.

Hominifi - To change the email address, you need to contact Homnifi Support Center separately.

How to change my DOB?

To change your Date of Birth :

  1. Log In: Access your XPro Back Office account.

  2. Click your name in the top-right corner.

  3. Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update personal details.

  4. Edit Your DOB: Input your correct Date of Birth.

  5. Save Changes: Click “Save Personal Information” to finalize the update.

How can I update my personal information?

To update your personal information, please be guided by the steps below:

  • Log In: Access your XPro Back Office account.

  • Click your name in the top-right corner.

  • Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update personal details.

  • Under the “Personal Information” tab. (You will be able to update your First and Last names, Date of Birth, and Contact details.)

  • After updating, don’t forget to click the “Save” button.

Important notes: Failure to update this information, including your accurate date of birth, will result in unsuccessful transactions. This requirement is also outlined in the terms and conditions you agreed to during registration.

How to change the display name?

To update your personal information, please be guided by the steps below:

  1. Log In: Access your XPro Back Office account.

  2. Click on Your Name in the top-right corner.

  3. Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update Contact details.

  4. Select “Contact Information” Under this section, click on “Basic Information”

  5. Add Your Name: Enter the name you’d like to appear.

  6. Enable Name: Toggle the “Show” button to ON.

  7. Save Changes: Click “Save” to finalize your updates.

How to update/complete my KYC?

To complete your KYC in XPro

  • Click your name in the top-right corner.

  • Select “Profile”

  • Click on "Complete Your KYC"
