USER Account: AKA Customer Account
A "USER" account is for individuals who wish to use the XPro platform to access its products and services. Users can purchase items, enjoy the benefits offered by the platform, and use the tools provided. However, they cannot build a downline network or earn rewards through referrals. Their primary focus is on utilizing the platform for personal purchases and services.
Independent Marketing Associate (IMA) Account: AKA Distributor Account
An IMA account, on the other hand, allows individuals to build their own network and downline. IMAs can refer new users or other IMAs to the platform and earn commissions and bonuses through XPro’s compensation plan. IMAs have access to both the products and services provided by XPro and the ability to generate income through their referral network.
Please note that to complete your registration, you will need a sponsor. They can provide you with their referral link, which you can use to complete the registration process.
When using the referral link from your upline or sponsor, you can choose to register either as a "Distributor" or a "Customer." Both options are available when you receive the referral link, and you’ll need to select one to complete your registration.

To log in to the XPro Back Office, please be guided by the steps below:

On the login page, enter your registered email address and password.
Complete the CAPTCHA verification, then click the "Login" button.
Once logged in, you can explore and manage all the information related to your account.
We suggest trying the following steps to resolve the issue:
Please ensure that you are entering the correct credentials.
Please make sure that you have registered your account as Distributor “IMA”.
Please verify the security settings of your browser, as the website may be blocked.
Refresh and clear the cache and cookies in your browser.

Please ensure that your VPN is disabled, as it may be interfering with your access.
If you have registered as a User/Customer you can enjoy all the products and services provided by our partners, such as purchasing minters and accessing all the features on the Homnifi platform. However, you will not be able to build your own tree or community, which means you will not be eligible for XPro rewards and will not be able to access the XPro Backoffice.
To be able to log in to XPro back office, your account needs to be upgraded to Distributor “IMA” and this can be done by XPro Support. All you need to do is provide your XPro registered email address, Username, or User ID via email support@xpro.global
To reset your XPro password, please follow the steps below:
Click on “Forgot Password”
Enter your registered email address
Click “Submit Password reset Link”
You will receive an email from XPro with a reset link
Click the link, enter your new password, and click “Reset Password”
Congratulations! Your password has been successfully changed.
XPro - To update your registered email address in XPro, you’ll need to send us an email to support@xpro.global
Submit your request, providing the necessary details for verification.
Hominifi - To change the email address, you need to contact Homnifi Support Center. As Homnifi does the KYC.
To change your Date of Birth :
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update personal details.
Edit Your DOB: Input your correct Date of Birth.
Save Changes: Click “Save Personal Information” to finalize the update.
To update your personal information, please be guided by the steps below:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update personal details.
Under the “Personal Information” tab. (You will be able to update your First and Last names, Date of Birth, and Contact details.)
After updating, don’t forget to click the “Save” button.

Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update Contact details.
Select “Contact Information” Under this section, click on “Basic Information”
Add Your Name: Enter the name you’d like to appear on referral links.
Enable Name: Toggle the “Show” button to ON.
Save Changes: Click “Save” to finalize your updates.
Unfortunately, creating an account for a minor is not possible and illegal in XPro.
To enroll new members, there are 2 simple ways of enrolling.
Share your referral link with them and ask them to fill in the required details to complete the registration process.
You can enroll for them in your Backoffice
Unfortunately, the option to change positions is no longer available in XPro.
Please be advised that changing the placement of your downlines within the structure is not possible. Once positions are established, they cannot be modified within the hybrid system.
Additionally, when you enroll new users or distributors, they will automatically be placed in your left leg. However, if you prefer to have your new directs assigned to your right leg, you can easily adjust this by updating your XPro Preferences.
Here’s how:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update "Personal Information"
Select "Preferences" under Personal Information
Choose your Preferred Placement - Bottom Outside Right OR Bottom Outside Left
Save your preferences
Upon enrolling new users or distributors, they will be automatically assigned to your left leg. If you would like your new downlines assigned to your right leg, you can easily make this adjustment by updating your XPro Preferences.
Here’s how:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update "Personal Information"
Select "Preferences" under Personal Information
Choose your Preferred Placement - Bottom Outside Right OR Bottom Outside Left
Save your preferences
If your upline enrolls new members, they may be placed in your downline through a process called Spillover, even if you didn’t personally recruit them.
For example, if your sponsor brings in a new member and their downline is already full, that new member could be positioned in your downline, which can earn you additional points and benefits.
