BECOMING AN IMA

WHAT IS AN IMA AT XPro?

The Industry: affiliate marketing is a significant part of the global economy. This model appeals to many due to its potential for flexibility, community, and the possibility of building a potential income while helping others do the same. An IMA at XPro represents an independent non-salaried participant, referred to as ”Independent Marketing Associate” and is authorized to promote products or services of XPros related service and product providers. To support the IMA on its way he is eligible to use provided XPro Marketing Materials, members Back Office and many more provided tools of the XPro infrastructure. A unique business model where Independent Marketing Associates earn income by referring products or services to Users by building a team of Users and other IMAs.

The XPro Compensation Plan:

The XPro compensation plan describes the process and income possibilities by which an active IMA (Independent Marketing Associate) can earn for product sales made personally and through their own organization. Every achieved reward is product sales based. Active IMA: IMA with valid XPro annual membership

General Information:

  • Active and qualified status are required for different income streams. All Rewards are calculated based on CP (Commissionable Points). Qualifications for ranks are calculated in VP (Volume Points). To receive career incentives for reaching a corresponding career rank, the respective requirements for each career rank must be met. For more information about this possible rewards please visit the Back Office of XPro. ** Direct Bonus, Dual Team Bonus, Generational Bonus and Global Pool Bonus are received 100% in USX-W. ** USX-W = USX-W can be withdrawn from your XPro Backoffice into an external USDT wallet. USX = internal token that con be used to purchase products/services from our partners or transferred to other users.

DIRECT BONUS - DAILY PAYOUT

The Direct Bonus is a refer-to-earn reward that provides daily compensation:

  • Eligibility: All active IMAs are eligible to receive the Direct Bonus

  • Bonus Rate: A 10% Direct Bonus is paid on the Commissionable Points (CP) for all Product/Service orders.

Example:

  • If five (5) directly recommended members had between them purchased products evaluated with $10,000 CP

  • Calculation - 7,500 CP x 10% = $750 Direct Bonus.

DUAL TEAM BONUS

Achieving Career Ranks to unlock Dual Team Bonus potentials.

Develop two (2) sales organizations known as your Left β€˜Leg’ & your Right β€˜Leg’ (50/50 Rule)

Understanding Career Rank Achievements based on HVP

Example for career rank Builder :

  • Requirement: 15,000 VP after 50/50 Rule

50/50 Rule:

  • A minimum of 50% of the VP from personally enrolled distribution lines in the left leg of the IMA to meet the HVP requirement for the respective possible Career Rank.

  • A minimum of 50% of the VP from personally enrolled distribution lines in the right leg of the IMA to meet the HVP requirement for the respective possible Career Rank

The Power of the XPro Hybrid Plan (Dual Team)

  • Based on own purchases or all purchases combined of your directly recommended members historically

  • Monthly required Volume Points (VP) after calculation of 50/50 rule

  • Min. historical number of personally enrolled members with a min. purchase evaluated with 100 VP, left/right

  • Weekly cap of the Dual Team Bonus based on achieved Career Rank in the previous month.

  • Weekly Payout / every Tuesday

  • 10-20% of the CP in smaller Leg EACH WEEK

Example of an XPro Diamond:

  • Left: 60,000 CP

  • Right: 90,000 CP

  • Result: 60,000 x 20% = $12,000 WEEKLY DUAL TEAM BONUS

Note: - Not commissioned volume (in this example 30,000 CP is carried over to the following week) - Possible Spillover counts for the weekly calculation of the Dual Team Bonuses but is not evaluated for the 50/50 rule (Rank achievements)

GENERATIONAL BONUS

Matching on the Dual Team Bonus on up to 10 Generations

  • Based on own purchases or all purchases combined of your directly recommended members historically

  • Weekly Payout / every Wednesday

Example of an XPro Diamond:

  • G1: IMAs total Dual Team Bonuses $500 = $50 (20%)

  • G2: IMAs total Dual Team Bonuses $1,250 = $187.50 (15%)

  • G3: IMAs total Dual Team Bonuses $5,000 = $500 (10%)

  • G4: IMAs total Dual Team Bonuses $10,000 = $1,000 (10%)

  • G5: IMAs total Dual Team Bonuses $20,000 = $2,000 (10%)

  • G6: IMAs total Dual Team Bonuses $30,000 = $2,400 (8%)

  • Result: $6,137.5 WEEKLY GENERATIONAL BONUS

Note: Even if one or more of your IMAs within the 10 generations have a higher Career Rank than you, you are still eligible to receive the Generational Bonus on their Dual Team Bonusesβ€”provided you have unlocked the respective generation based on your own Career Rank

GLOBAL BONUS POOL

A valuable possibility to benefit from the collective success of the global community

  • 3% of XPro’s worldwide referral-driven sales volume is dedicated and distributed to 5 subpools which combine together the Global Bonus Pool.

  • 3% Participation on the global CP

  • Monthly calculated / Quarterly Payout

  • For each month the IMA has met respective requirements of the respective Career Rank he is qualified for the respective subpools

  • 32% of the entire CP are dedicated to the GOLD PRO sub pool

  • 29% of the entire CP are dedicated to the PLATINUM PRO subpool.

Example of an XPro Diamond :

  • In the respective calendar month XPro has achieved together with its community 30 million CP.

  • 3% of the entire CP = $900,000

  • 32% for GOLD PRO subpool = $288,000

  • 29% for PLATINUM PRO subpool = $261,000

  • 14% for DIAMOND subpool = $126,000

Achievements in this example:

  • 500 IMAs have qualified for the GOLD PRO subpool

  • 200 for the PLATINUM PRO subpool and

  • 50 IMAs for the DIAMOND subpool within the respective calendar month

Calculation: $288,000 / 500 = $576. $261,000 / 200 = $1,305. $126,000 / 50 = $2,520 Result = $4,401 Monthly Global Bonus Pool / payout quarterly
