What is the XPro Performance Rewards Plan?
The XPro Performance Rewards Program, called the “Rewards Plan”, is a hybrid dual-team refer-to-earn system designed to maximize rewards through referral-driven product sales, bonuses, and incentives. It includes multiple income streams and promotes teamwork and collaboration among promoters, called “Independent Marketing Associates”.

What is the meaning of VP, CP, HVP, HCP?
Every product and service are valued for the calculation within the XPro rewards plan in VP (i.e., Volume Points), and CP (i.e., Commissionable Points).
VP (Volume Points) = the value of a commissionable product or service which is applied towards qualifications in the rewards plan. VP count at 100% for all bonuses.
CP (Commissionable Points) = the assigned value of each purchase product/service on which rewards are paid. CP count at 75% for all bonuses, including the Direct Bonus and any promotions related to it
HVP (Hybrid Volume Points) = the total VP of your left and right leg within your hybrid tree after the calculation of the 50/50 rule. Your monthly achieved HVP defines your career rank for the respective following calendar month.
HCP (Hybrid Commissionable Points) = the total CP of your left and right leg within your hybrid tree after the calculation of the 50/50 rule.
50/50 rule = this maximum volume rule is applied to the 50/50 hybrid bonus only, no more than fifty percent (50%) of VP from the left leg, no more than fifty percent (50%) of VP from the right leg.

How does the 50/50 hybrid Rewards plan work?
The 50/50 hybrid rewards plan is structured with two legs: a left leg and a right leg. You earn commissions based on the volume of your weaker leg, encouraging a balance between the two. The plan allows for unlimited depth, promoting extensive growth and potential.
What is Spillover?
Spillover occurs when your upline brings new members who then spill over into your legs, helping you to balance them and grow your network more quickly. This collaborative approach means that the work of your upline can directly benefit you.
How do I qualify for bonuses?
To qualify for bonuses, you need to meet certain monthly requirements in terms of Commissionable Points (CP) and Hybrid Volume Points (HVP). Please check the Performance Reward Program plan presentation for further details.
How are rewards calculated?
Commissions are calculated based on the volume in your weaker leg (based on CP). The 50/50 hybrid bonus is a percentage of the referral-driven sales volume in the leg with lower volume.
What happens if my legs are not balanced?
If your legs are not balanced, you will earn commissions based on the volume of the weaker leg. It is essential to maintain a balance to maximize your rewards.

Bonuses and Incentives
What is the Direct Bonus?
The Direct Bonus is a 10% commission (based on CP) on every product sale you make. This bonus is designed to reward you instantly for your hard work and dedication. There is no limit to how much you can earn through this bonus.
What is the 50/50 Hybrid Bonus?
The 50/50 Hybrid Bonus is a weekly payout based on your career rank and the volume in your weaker leg. The bonus caps vary depending on the rank, with a maximum weekly cap. Please check the Performance Rewards Program presentation for further details.
What is the Generational Bonus?
The Generational Bonus provides additional rewards based on weekly Hybrid Bonuses achieved by your direct and indirect downlines up to four generations deep. The number of generations (up to ten generations) for which you are entitled to receive the Generational Bonus depends on two factors:
Historically accumulated volume of purchases by directly recommended users or Independent Marketing Associates or historically accumulated personal purchase volume (own purchases).
Your achieved career rank.

Subscription Renewal and Founder Bonus Eligibility:
When purchasing the packages, members are required to pay a monthly subscription renewal fee of $129. Over the course of a year, members are allowed to miss a maximum of three payments without losing their eligibility for the Founder Bonus. However, if a member fails to make a fourth missed payment, they will forfeit their right to receive this bonus. It is crucial for members to ensure timely payments to maintain their eligibility and maximize their rewards.
What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points are earned when you, your direct referrals, your indirect referrals, or anyone within your network makes a purchase. These points are credited based on the Commissionable Price (CP) of the product.

How often are career ranks evaluated?
Career ranks are evaluated monthly based on your referral-driven sales volume and tree performance. Consistent achievement of criteria is necessary for maintaining and advancing ranks.
How is the career rank determined?

How do I qualify for career incentives?
To be eligible to receive the career incentive for the respective career rank, the required criteria must be met for at least two consecutive calendar months (Active and Qualified).
Every career incentive can only be received one time with the exception of the career incentives for the career ranks Royal Crown Diamond. These can be achieved/received again every year (must be at least 12 calendar months between) by reaching the respective career rank in two consecutive months.
NOTE: Achieving a career rank during a promotion does not grant career incentive rewards. Standard Promotion terms and conditions apply.
What if I miss the qualification criteria for a month?
If you miss the qualification criteria for a month, you need to requalify by meeting the criteria for two consecutive months to be eligible for the career incentives.
What is General Payout Rule for Rewards?
Achieved Rewards are distributed via the IMAs balance section within the Back Office.
All Rewards are distributed and paid in 100% USX-W, which can be withdrawn as USDT (min. withdrawal amount is 50 USDT.)
All Rewards, with the exception of the Career Rank Incentives and XPro Retreat Rewards, will be paid out within 48 hours upon request (request via withdrawal feature in the Back Office).

How do I qualify for retreat rewards?

What should I consider regarding expenses?
Participants should be aware that referral expenses incurred during referral activities are not covered by the company. Performance and rewards will vary among participants.
Do I have to purchase products or services to participate in the Rewards Plan?
