The validity of the IMA License is based on the purchase date, not the date of any upgrade.
E.g. - IMA License purchased on 1st Jan 2025 - Package upgraded on 1 April 2025 - IMA License validity until 1 Jan 2026

No, purchasing the IMA License alone does not grant access to the full benefits of the Performance Rewards Program. To unlock the full benefits, you must also have an active XPass subscription.
What is the payment cycle for XPass?
XPass renews on the 1st of each month.
You have a grace period until 11:59 PM on the 5th to complete the payment.
If payment is not made by the 6th, all XPass benefits and access will be paused.
I just paid for my XPass in June few days a go. Why am I being asked to pay again on July 1st?
As part of the new unified XPass policy, all subscriptions are aligned to renew on the 1st of each month, regardless of your original payment date. This ensures a consistent billing cycle for all users, which is why you'll be prompted to pay again on July 1st.
