Can I have my CLfi-R balance reverted from XPro to CloudK?

The change cannot be reverted due to improvements that we have agreed with our service partners. Nevertheless, rest assured that nothing has changed. The balance is still the same, what has changed is the interface provided and handled by our service partners. The dashboard has been renewed.

What does active and qualified status mean?

The active status is defined by the active annual membership of the respective user / Independent Marketing Associate.

To qualify for certain rewards and bonuses, the relevant qualification criteria of the respective rewards and bonuses must be met.
