Member Onboarding from other Community to XPro

Unlock your XPro experience! Follow the steps below to activate your account and get started.

Open XPro backoffice

Click on Forgot password

• Enter your email address

• Verify the captcha

• Send

Enter the e-mail address you have used to register your account in your previous community

Your Mailbox

Open your mailbox and click on the link you received (password verification link) The password reset link is valid for 24 hours only.

New Password

• Enter the code given in the email

• Enter your new password [Password must be at least 6 characters]

• Reconfirm your new password

• Verify CAPTCHA

• Update Password

Login

Log in using your new password - https://xbackoffice.myxpro.app/auth/login

KYC

Complete the KYC (Know your Customer)

Note - Your details must match as per the document provided for KYC

IMA License (Independent Marketing Associate)

• The membership IMA License cost $60, or Purchase any package that includes the IMA License as well.

• The annual license for IMAs not only includes the advantages of XPro, but Users' gain access to different platforms of product and service partners. This also includes for example an equipped platform with personal Back Office, marketing tools, communication features, customer support, training and education to support the IMA to build up his affiliate marketing business step by step.

IMA Purchase

Click on E-commerce > Sellex > IMA License

In XPro no family accounts (KYC/KYB of the same Individual or company) are allowed. 1 account per member.
