How to Create an Account for a Minor?

At XPro, compliance and legal integrity are our top priorities. Unfortunately, the creation of accounts for minors is not permitted. This policy ensures that all users meet the legal age requirements to engage with our platform responsibly. How to Enroll New Members?

Enrolling new members into XPro is straightforward and hassle-free. Here’s how you can do it by 2 Options:

Option1: This option is for IMA & Customer registrations

1. Share Your Referral Link:

   • Your unique referral link is located at the top section in your XPro Back Office.

   • Copy and share the link with the person you want to invite.

2. Guide Them Through Registration:

   • Ask the new member to click on the referral link, which will redirect them to the registration page.

   • Ensure they fill in all the required details, such as name, email address, choose User or IMA, and any additional information needed to complete the process.

3. Verify Successful Enrollment:

   • Once the new member completes their registration, they will appear in your network under your “Downline” section in the Back Office.

Option2: This option is for IMA registrations only

1. Log in from Backoffice:

   • Login to your backoffice and navigate to the Register button on the left side

2. Application Process:

   • Select your preferred placement for the new member—LEFT LEG or RIGHT LEG

   • Fill in the rest of the information

3. Verify Successful Enrollment:

   • Once the new member completes their registration, they will appear in your network under your “Downline” section in the Back Office.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly grow your network and start building collaborative success.

Difference Between USER and IMA Accounts

1. USER Account:

   • Purpose: Designed for individuals who want to access XPro’s products and services for personal use.

   • Benefits: Users can purchase items, enjoy platform offerings, and utilize available tools.

   • Limitations: USERS cannot build a referral network, earn bonuses, or participate in XPro’s Compensation Plan.

2. Independent Marketing Associate (IMA) Account:

   • Purpose: Enables individuals to build a referral network and earn income through XPro’s affiliate system.

   • Benefits:

     • Earn commissions and bonuses by referring new USERS or IMAs.

     • Access both the products and services on the platform.

     • Participate in XPro’s Compensation Plan.

   • Role: IMAs actively promote XPro’s partner products and services while building a downline to maximize rewards.

How to Change Team Positions?

At XPro, the structure of your account and position within the network is fixed once established. Unfortunately, the option to alter positions is not available after establishment. However, you can set preferences for your team members before sending them the referral link.

• Login to XPro Backoffice - https://xbackoffice.myxpro.app/auth/login
• Click your name in the top-right corner.

• Select “Profile”: Navigate to the section where you can update "Personal Information"

• Select "Preferences" under Personal Information

• Choose your Preferred Placement - Bottom Outside Right OR Bottom Outside Left

• Save your preferences
