External and Internal Use of Assets

• USX Withdrawal is the only asset currently eligible for external withdrawal from the XPro Back Office. This enables you to transfer your USX-W to external wallets or other platforms, per the withdrawal policy.

• USX is the only asset that can be transferred internally within your community.

How can I withdraw my assets from XPro to an external wallet?

Please note that USX Withdrawal is the only asset that can be withdrawn to external wallets from the XPro Back Office.

To withdraw funds from your XPRO Back Office, follow these steps:

• Log in to your XPRO Back Office and navigate to the “Balance” section.
• Navigate to the “Wallet” section on the left side in your backoffice
• Click on “USX Withdrawal”

• Click on "Request Withdrawal"

• Click on "Pay Out"

• Select your network: USDT or USDC (ERC-20)

• Paste your deposit wallet address into the required field.

• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

• Click on “Submit” to confirm and finalize the transaction.

⛔ TRON-based USDT withdrawals are no longer supported.

Important note: When withdrawing from XPRO, a fee of 8 USDT will be applied for amounts less than 200 USDT. For withdrawals of 200 USDT or more, a fee of 4% will be charged. Please be aware of these fees before initiating a withdrawal. As a result, the amount of USDT received in your wallet will be less than the amount you initiated for withdrawal. - A minimum of $50 can be withdrawn

I made a withdrawal request but it hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

• Withdrawals requested on weekdays are processed daily

• Withdrawals requested on weekends are processed on Mondays

If you requested it on Friday afternoon, it would be processed on Monday.

If you made your request in the afternoon (Monday - Thursday), it should arrive the following day. If it hasn’t arrived, opening a ticket in support - [e-mail] is the way to go, always attach screenshots and any evidence of your request.

Please make sure the wallet address you used is the correct one to avoid any loss of funds

How to deposit?

XPro :

• Login to the back office - https://xbackoffice.myxpro.app/auth/login
• Navigate to the “Wallet” section on the left side in your backoffice
• Click on USX

• Click on "Buy USX"

• Select your token - USDT / USDC or BTC [TRC20, ERC20]

• Scan the QR Code OR copy the wallet address

• Copy the provided wallet address and paste it into your third-party wallet from which you are sending the USDT or USDC tokens.

• Complete the transaction on your third-party wallet.

A Deposit Processing Fee of 0.5% will be applied to ensure the full amount is credited to your Account. Please Include This Additional Fee When Making Your Deposit - A minimum of $20 is required for the deposit.

How to Swap?

USX Withdrawal / USX Commission to USX.

• Login to the back office - https://xbackoffice.myxpro.app/auth/login
• Navigate to the “Wallet” section on the left side in your backoffice
• Select your token to be swapped: USX Withdrawal or USX Commission

• Target Wallet - USX

• Enter the Amount you want to swap

• Add in your password

• Send

The password should be the same as in the back office site login.

How to Transfer Funds Internally?

" Transfer Internal " option allows you to transfer only USX to your structure

• Login to the back office - https://xbackoffice.myxpro.app/login
• Navigate to the “Wallet” section on the left side in your backoffice
• Select USX

• Click on Transfer Internal

• User Name - Add the "User Name" of the person you want to transfer the funds to.

• Enter the Amount

• Add in your password

• Send

• The password should be the same as in the back office site login.

• Transfers are only allowed for members of your structure and you can transfer from a wallet to wallet itself as destination.

• A minimum of 10 USX is required to make a transfer.
