XPro Bonuses: Comprehensive Overview
XPRO's rewards system is designed to recognize and incentivize your hard work, leadership, and strategic efforts. Here’s an enhanced look at the key bonuses available and how you can maximize your growth:
CP and VP Calculation for Bonuses:
VP (Volume Points) count at 100% for all bonuses.
CP (Commissionable Points) count at 75% for all bonuses, including the Direct Bonus and any promotions related to it.
What is the Direct Bonus?
The Direct Bonus is a straightforward and instant commission earned on every referral-driven product sale.
Eligibility:
All Active IMAs are eligible to receive the Direct Bonus. [IMA with valid XPro annual membership]
Reward Rate:
You earn 10% commission based on the Commissionable Points (CP) of the referral-driven product sale or service sold.
Payout is distributed 100% in USX-W.
Example - If five (5) directly recommended members had between them purchased products evaluated with $10,000 CP
Calculation - 7,500 CP x 10% = $750 Direct Bonus.
Unlimited Earnings:
There is no cap on how much you can get through the Direct Bonus, meaning your potential income grows with every referral-driven product sale you make.
Why It Matters:
This bonus ensures you are rewarded immediately for your personal sales efforts, motivating you to expand your network.
What is the 50/50 Hybrid Dual Team Bonus?
The 50/50 Hybrid Dual Team Bonus is designed to reward balance and collaboration within your network. It operates with two primary legs—a left leg and a right leg.
[10% to 20% (CP) weekly calculation of Dual Team Bonus based on the weaker leg]
How It Works:
Your rewards are based on the volume in your weaker leg, encouraging balanced growth between your left and right legs.
A minimum of 50% of the VP from personally enrolled distribution lines in the Left of the IMA to meet the HVP requirement for the respective possible Career Rank.
A minimum of 50% of the VP from personally enrolled distribution lines in the Right leg of the IMA to meet the HVP requirement for the respective possible Career Rank.
The bonus percentage and weekly cap vary depending on your achieved career rank in the last month for the next month.
Example: for Career Rank “BUILDER”
Requirement: 15,000 VP after 50/50 Rule Left leg: 50% of 15,000 VP = 7,500 VP Right leg: 50% of 15,000 VP = 7,500 VP

What is the Generational Bonus?
The Generational Bonus rewards you for advancement, fostering teamwork and collaborative progress.
How It Works:
You earn a percentage of the weekly Hybrid Bonuses generated by your downlines, up to ten (10) generations deep.
The number of generations you are entitled to depend on:
Accumulated Volume: The historical purchase volume of products by directly referred users or your personal purchase volume.
Actual Carreer Rank: Achieved Carreer rank in the previous calendar month.
Rewards: A stated % of the Generational Bonus is paid weekly based on the earned Dual Team Bonus of IMAs within up to ten generations.
Why It Matters:
This bonus incentivizes supporting and mentoring your team, as their milestones directly contribute to your rewards.
What is the Global Bonus?
The Global Bonus is a quarterly participation bonus, allowing you to share in the company’s overall achievements.
How It Works:
A percentage (3%) of the global referral-driven product sales volume (based on CP) is allocated to a global pool.
You can earn a share of this pool by meeting the required eligibility criteria, which typically include achieving specific career ranks and contributing to the network's advancement.
It’s divided into five sub-pools, each reflecting the achievements of IMAs at different levels:
1. 32% of the entire CP is dedicated to the GOLD PRO sub-pool. 2. 29% of the entire CP is dedicated to the PLATINUM PRO sub-pool. 3. 14% of the entire CP is dedicated to the DIAMOND sub-pool. 4. 10% of the entire CP is dedicated to the BLUE DIAMOND sub-pool. 5. 15% of the entire CP is dedicated to the BLACK DIAMOND sub-pool.
You can earn a share of this pool by meeting the required eligibility criteria, which typically include achieving specific career ranks and contributing to the network's advancement.
Qualification:
To be eligible for the Global Bonus Pool the "Active Status" has been met i.e. Two personally enrolled members, one on the left and one on the right leg within the Hybrid Tree with a min. of 100 VP each based on product purchases at our product and service partners.
To grow from sub-pool to sub-pool to participate one criteria have to be met:
A. The IMA has to achieve min. the required HVP for a particular month. (See picture below.) Based on meeting qualification criteria (A) the IMA is entitled to receive the Global Pool Bonus of the respective sub-pool for which he is qualified.
Example for Qualification:
The IMA has fulfilled the requirements for the respective Career Rank.
Based on that the IMA is qualified to participate in the quarterly payout of the DIAMOND subpool, the PLATINUM PRO subpool as well from the GOLD PRO subpool for this respective calendar month.
Example : for Diamond quarterly Global Bonus Pool calculation:
In the respective quarter, XPro has achieved, based on purchases of products and services from our product partners and service partners through the entire community 30 million CP.
3% of the entire CP within this time period is dedicated to the Global Bonus Pool = $900,000
32% of this = $900,000.are dedicated to the GOLD PRO subpool = $288,000
29%of this = $900,000.are dedicated to the PLATINUM PRO subpool = $261,000
14%of this = $900,000 are dedicated to the DIAMOND subpool = $126,000
500 IMAs have qualified for the GOLD PRO subpool, 200 for the PLATINUM PRO subpool and 50 IMA's for the DIAMOND subpool within the respective calendar month.
Calculation: $288,000 / 500 = $576 $261,000 / 200 = $1,305 $126,000 / 50 = $2,520
Result: Global Bonus Pool payout for the IMA based on this example is $4,401
Calculation period:
The calculation for the Global Bonus Pool is carried out on the last day of every quarter at 23:59pm CET and credited latest on the 5th of the following quarter to the IMAs balance

What is Founder Bonus?
Only available with the Premium Package
It will allow IMAs to participate in 2% of the total yearly company profit
Limited for the first 25K members.
Subscription Renewal and Founder Bonus Eligibility:
When purchasing the packages, members are required to pay a monthly subscription renewal fee of $129. Over the course of a year, members are allowed to miss a maximum of three payments without losing their eligibility for the Founder Bonus. However, if a member fails to make a fourth missed payment, they will forfeit their right to receive this bonus. It is crucial for members to ensure timely payments to maintain their eligibility and maximize their rewards.
What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points are earned when you, your direct referrals, your indirect referrals, or anyone within your network makes a purchase. These points are credited based on the Commissionable Price (CP) of the product.
